Job Title: ServiceNow Developer with module HRSD

Location: Warsaw, IN (Remote)

Duration: Full Time

Technical Skills:

Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow application.

Configure ServiceNow Module (e.g., ITSM, SRM, HRSD, CSM) workflow

Integrated ServiceNow with External system API (REST/SOAP)

Develop and configure custom UI pages, Widgets

Good Knowledge in Java Scripting and web development technologies (HTML, CSS,

Angular, jelly scripting)

Additionally: HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) is the key here.

• Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions to support HR

processes and workflows.

• Collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business

needs.

• Customizing ServiceNow HRSD modules such as Case Management, Knowledge

Management, and Employee Service Center.

• Configuring HR service catalog items, workflows, and automation to streamline HR

processes.

• Ideal resources should have previous work ex, exposure to HRSD.
• Must have ServiceNow Certification.
