What you’ll do
- Research capabilities of the ServiceNow platform, provide recommendations, and implement solutions to meet business requirements
- Manage production and non-production instances, patching, and updates
- Estimate development effort for requirements
- Demonstrating
- Configure the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows, custom portal widgets, and form modals
- Assist in establishing coding standards to help with consistency
What we’re looking for
- Strategic thinker with strong problem solving skills
- Knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory, SAML and relevant IT architecture experience
- Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5, CSS, and relational databases such as MS SQL Server
- Experience with MID server, web services (REST), and other relevant technology
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with others
- Desire to learn and grow
Other key requirements
- Experience developing and operating ServiceNow with an understanding of best practices
- Relocation to Des Moines, IA or Salt Lake City, UT area required
