Overview

This group sits within Enterprise Functions Technology and is responsible for supporting ServiceNow, specifically their issue management tool. This tool is tied to RCSA and this person will be owning RCSA within ServiceNow for multiple groups across the bank. The ideal candidate will be someone who has 7-10 years of experience as a software engineer with the following skillset below, will have experience creating customized workflows, come from a GRC backgrounds in ServiceNow(meaning issues management, Risk Assessment, Risk events and looking at what is an out of the box feature), and is a true consultant of ServiceNow
