• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop custom applications, modules, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure system stability and performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.

Skills:

• Proficiency in NoSQL databases for data management.
• Strong knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies for software development.
• Understanding of system architecture and design concepts.
• Knowledge of Quantum engineering principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with VMWare virtualization technology.
• Experience with Simulink for modeling and simulation tasks.
• Proficiency in C++ programming language.
