Skills:

• Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering ServiceNow applications
• Strong proficiency in scripting, Java, JavaScript, ITIL, and ServiceNow
• Experience with modern JavaScript libraries and HTML/CSS
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience (or equivalent)
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow and related technologies
• Experience in ITIL and Configuration Management Best Practices
• CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Security+ certifications
