ServiceNow Senior Analyst

Description:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst. Project is related to implementation of ITSM module and cooperation with technical agile team, consisted of developer, PO, analysts etc.

Requirements:

• Previous professional experience as a Business/System Analys using ServiceNow platform
• Ability to deeply understand and support both business and IT needs, expectations and possibilities to find suitable solution for both sides – via using best practices in areas related to user stories, acceptance criteria, problem solving, negotiations etc.
• Ability to analyze requirements and define requirements with the final client and advise on possible solutions
• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in using of Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) – flow charts etc.
• Minimum elementary understanding of the how technologies used in ServiceNow ecosystem (JavaScript, REST API, relational databases) work
• Checking status of development and... helping customers during User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Good/very good English skills (both speaking and writing)

Additional requirements (nice to have):

• Configuration of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Include, Work Flows to meet requirements, Catalogue Items – forms on Portal, record producers
• Good communication skills, highly developed analytical skills, high skills of cooperation within development Team – with peers, PM and developers
• ServiceNow Certified System Admin certification (or other)
