Servicenow Dev

Our client is seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to configure, customize, and integrate multiple ServiceNow modules, streamlining processes and boosting efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities...

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow configurations to meet specific business needs
• Work across various modules (e.g., CMDB, Incident Management, Change Management)
• Integrate ServiceNow with existing systems and applications
• Manage user access and security protocols
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and automation
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues
• Document configurations and processes for ongoing maintenance

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platform
• Proven ability to configure and customize multiple ServiceNow modules
• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Javascript, Python) a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A minimum of one of the following certifications is required: Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Certified ServiceNow System Implementation (CSHI), or equivalent experience

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
