Flexera and ServiceNow Data Analytics Consultant (31537)

Myticas Consulting's Financial sector client is looking for a Flexera and ServiceNow Data Analytics/Reporting Consultant for a remote contract opportunity in Canada.

Experience:

• Four or more years of Flexera and ServiceNow experience as a practitioner
• Ability to demonstrate value through data analytics, reporting and dashboarding
• Ability to assess and evaluate ITAM/SAM data quality and prepare data quality gaps through dashboards
• In depth understanding of platform capabilities, tables, interface, data/ object model, etc., to leverage data and produce reports/ dashboards
• Ability to prepare and present ideas/results to senior leadership team effectively
• Ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar discipline
• Flexera certified practitioner/ implementor
• ServiceNow certified practitioner/ implementor
• Prior experience in performing data analysis, dashboarding, reporting, etc... within Flexera and ServiceNow
• ITIL Certification (preferred, not mandatory)
• Experience working in a large cross-functional team environment
• The confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds
