Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

Location: REMOTE - ONLY USC AND GC WORKS FOR THiS ROLE

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with relevant certifications such as CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) preferred. Proficiency in JavaScript, web technologies, and experience in a SaaS environment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
• Implement solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using web services, MID servers, and other relevant technologies.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing ServiceNow applications.
• Develop and implement workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and custom scripts.
• Ensure the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and enhancements, evaluating and implementing new features as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) preferred.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.
• Experience working in a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $49.86 - $60.05 per hour
