Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage ServiceNow development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Create and customize ServiceNow workspaces and service portals tailored to client requirements...
  • Develop and manage workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer and UI Builder.
  • Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party systems and applications via APIs.
  • Utilize UI Builder for creating custom components for workspaces, enhancing user experience.
  • Apply telecommunications-specific knowledge, especially in modules like TSOM and TSM, to optimize solutions.
  • Design and develop web-based interfaces using AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Implement system integrations using web services and technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST, and SOAP.
  • Customize and extend ServiceNow schemas to build custom applications.
  • Administer ServiceNow instances, including workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items, and other existing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of experience as a Senior ServiceNow Tech Lead.
  • Proven experience in creating custom workspaces and service portals in ServiceNow.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Flow Designer and UI Builder.
  • Strong skills in integrating ServiceNow applications with third-party systems via APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with UI Builder and creating custom components for workspaces.
  • Working knowledge of telecommunications modules (TSOM, TSM) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in AngularJS, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Extensive experience with web services and web-based technologies, including XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST, and SOAP.
  • Experience with the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
  • Ability to extend the ServiceNow schema for custom applications.
  • Strong administrative skills for managing ServiceNow instances and related configurations
