Job Description:

• 6-8 Years of experience as a Sr ServiceNow Tech Lead is mandatory
• Working experience on creation of Custom workspace, custom service portal
• Working experience on Service Now Flow Designer and ServiceNow UI Builder
• Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs is a must skill.
• Hands on experience with UI Builder and Creation of Custom Components in the UI Builder for Workspace will be a added advantage
• Working experience in Tele communication modules(TSOM,TSM) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Anjular js, React js, HTML ,CSS, Java script.
• System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST, SOAP
• Working experience on CSM Module
• Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications.
• Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions
