SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Certified ServiceNow Expert Application Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in developing and enhancing our application development team to build and support ServiceNow applications in the PSDS environment. The role involves implementation, configuration, administration, development, and architecture of ServiceNow, following Scrum development methodology.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Certified ServiceNow Expert Application Developer.
• Extensive experience with PSDS.
• Proficient in working with the ETS Application Development team to build, configure, and maintain the Enterprise Portal and associated applications.
• Ability to develop and mentor the existing application development team, enhancing their skills and capabilities in the ServiceNow platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as an expert resource in ServiceNow development, guiding development teams through all project stages in the PSDS environment.
• Advise on the configuration of the State Enterprise Portal initiative.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training to development teams on the PSDS ServiceNow environment.
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues within the platform.
• Collaborate with ETS internal divisions and agencies for a period of 6-12 months.
• Assist with outreach and requirements gathering for five agencies.
• Teach ETS staff BCDR program workflows and process methodologies to incorporate additional agencies into the BCDR plan.
• Develop deliverables including business impact analysis and disaster recovery strategy guides.
• Provide expert guidance in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Support the Enterprise Portal initiative with best practices and advanced configurations.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and training to enhance team capabilities.
• Facilitate seamless integration of agencies into the BCDR plan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Certified ServiceNow Expert Application Developer.
• Strong experience with PSDS and ServiceNow implementations.
• Proven track record of mentoring and developing technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and senior business executives
