Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop IT Service Management solutions using the ServiceNow platform

Work as a CMDB consultant to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ITIL best practices

Analyze and optimize ServiceNow configurations for efficiency and performance

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow IT Service Management applications

Train end-users on new features and functionalities

Requirements:

Proven experience in designing and developing IT Service Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform

Expertise in CMDB management and configuration

Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices

Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing ServiceNow configurations

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

ServiceNow certification is a plus
