Exciting Opportunity: Generative AI Business Development Manager - EMEA Central

Join a team that is driving innovation in Solution Sales at ServiceNow. As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and executing Gen AI strategies within the business. Your role will involve launching initiatives that contribute to the market success of ServiceNow's GenAI products and collaborating with leadership to define and implement Go-To-Market priorities for Gen AI across the ServiceNow Platform.

In this position, you will lead cross-functional efforts, enhance Gen AI proficiencies within the team, and engage with key pursuits and accounts. We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in sales leadership, business development, strategy, and operations. The ideal candidate will blend Gen AI domain knowledge with sales execution skills to drive impactful results swiftly.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record of exceeding quotas in fast-paced sales environments, particularly with emerging technologies. Strong leadership, integrity, coaching abilities, executive presence, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies at the regional level in collaboration with key functional leaders.
  • Closely cooperate with Major Area leadership to align on objectives and priorities for the Gen AI business.
  • Contribute expertise to a global team of Gen AI specialists, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Partner with the Channel organization to establish effective selling models for Gen AI within your territory.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide valuable insights that drive product innovation.
  • Coach teams to identify specialized solution opportunities and manage the sales cycle effectively.
  • Collaborate across functions to design and execute the Gen AI sales strategy on a global scale.
  • Drive sales best practices, including demand generation, sales enablement, and partner engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the team, showcasing expertise in various forums and engagements with customers. Qualifications

Requirements for Success:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Gen AI sales with deep expertise in the Gen AI and Automation solutions.
  • 10+ years of experience in consultative selling, account management, or sales strategy roles.
  • Prior experience in sales within large global software companies and adept at navigating complex sales environments.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships at multiple levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Consistent track record of meeting and surpassing team quotas.
  • Exceptional skills in sales techniques, customer relations, and problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • History of business development and strategic planning with senior leadership.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively in challenging opportunities.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, humility, and adept in building collaborative relationships.
