Role: If you're a Senior Solution Consultant looking to make an impact, we want you to join our team supporting Global Partnerships and Channel partners. In this role, you'll be responsible for offering pre-sales support, technical guidance, and keeping partners informed about the latest ServiceNow solutions. Your mission will be to help partners build practices that deliver exceptional customer results and promote a 'ServiceNow First' approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate partners on ServiceNow through Sales Plays and product demonstrations
  • Build and maintain relationships with partner executives to drive ServiceNow adoption
  • Support Partner Experience team in organizing events and roadshows
  • Provide subject matter expertise during planning and solutioning sessions
  • Identify business growth opportunities based on ServiceNow platform
  • Mentor other consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Act as the main technical contact for partner engagements
  • Assist partners in storytelling and business strategy
  • Establish enduring relationships with partner leadership to align on market strategies
  • Demonstrate technical expertise across various industry verticals
  • Travel for partner and client engagements Desired Qualifications

Qualifications for Success:

  • At least 6 years of experience in Pre-Sales Solution Consulting
  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Proficiency in modern web technologies and cloud computing
  • Understanding of various technical domains and cloud-based platforms
  • A knack for researching and implementing emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to understand business challenges and provide effective solutions
  • Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Skilled at simplifying complex topics and providing practical guidance
  • Experience collaborating with different levels within organizations
  • Travel requirement: approximately 25%

Valuable Experience:

  • Previous exposure to ServiceNow or similar products
  • ServiceNow certification is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development
  • Background in developing on competitive platforms
