Join us to drive new business sales revenue through a SaaS license model. Your key responsibilities include account planning... territory planning, prospect research, implementing business development strategies, and conducting field sales activities within specific prospects, territories, or verticals.

Your Role:

  • Build relationships with various C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) in product sales
  • Lead client relationship mapping, steer account strategy, and coordinate with a diverse virtual team
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding your customers' business and recommending how ServiceNow can support their IT roadmap
  • Identify and engage the appropriate support resources in deals Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you need:

  • Over 10 years of sales experience in software or solutions sales
  • Experience in the German Armed Forces or Bundeswehr
  • Proven track record in building trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business, negotiating deals, and managing C-Level relationships
  • Ability to grasp the broader IT landscape and strategies
  • Experience in fostering a customer success mindset in a collaborative environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Proficiency in both English and German Additional Information
