What to expect in this role:

The Regional Partner Manager - Dedicated plays a crucial role in bringing our groundbreaking vision to life. This position focuses on... Regional or National Partners within our General Business Territories in Germany and Austria.

The main responsibilities of this role include driving partner sales activities at the General Business level, ensuring partners are relevant regionally based on industry and workflow, and developing pipelines within assigned partners and territories by engaging with partner sales.

The Regional Partner Manager - Dedicated has the authority to implement a localized regional go-to-market strategy through partners aligned with ServiceNow. These strategies should lead to achieving sales quotas for designated accounts in the General Business territories on a quarterly and annual basis, showcasing wins, and aligning with regional Marketing plans and collaborating with other ServiceNow sales teams.

Key duties

What your main focus will be:

  • Successfully manage relationships with partner executives at designated partners to enhance partner engagement.
  • Expand partner businesses across key workflow segments in coordination with cross-functional teams using a joint business plan.
  • Promote regional partner engagement within priority industries and workflows.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales and Field Management to prioritize pursuits and accounts in order to build pipelines.
  • Drive Partner Forecast Process and Reporting
  • Act as the primary ACE touchpoint for Field Sales when partners are involved or active in the account or pursuit.
  • Ensure that the Partner strategy aligns with Value Selling (e.g., Value Prompter) and NowSell principles.
  • Conduct quarterly and bi-annual business reviews.
  • Travel approximately 30% of the time.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • At least 5 years of previous experience in sales, marketing, and partner engagement to drive high-quality pipelines.
  • Capability to operate in a 'east-west' model with both direct line and dotted line team members.
  • Dedication to measuring and communicating progress towards achieving set targets, while identifying obstacles and creating plans for solutions.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
