The Operational Technology (OT) Solution Consultant is a customer-facing expert in the field who drives innovative business solutions with our clients by applying a combination of technical and business acumen.

This role involves aspects of Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, and Solution Consulting. You will collaborate with the sales team, solution consultants, and the wider ServiceNow ecosystem to ensure customer success through thought leadership and increased awareness. Emphasizing a consultative approach, you will work closely with clients and prospects to identify and develop solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.

  • Create and contribute to Sales campaigns focused on Operational Technology
  • Act as a thought leader on Operational Technology within ServiceNow
  • Forge strong partnerships with Product Management and Engineering teams to align on the roadmap and integrate field feedback from customers and industry perspectives
  • Develop and support programs that empower Solution Consultants to showcase the value of Operational Technology
  • Deliver demonstrations of solutions tailored to both prospects and existing customers in the realm of Operational Technology and ServiceNow
  • Lead efforts in scoping and executing Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with potential clients
  • Participate in Marketing events such as user conferences, trade shows, and webinars
  • Stay informed on competitive analyses and determine the most effective positioning for ServiceNow solutions
  • Comprehend the business and technical challenges addressed by the product, including key regulations, business drivers, evolving needs, licensing models, and more Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Domain expertise in Operational Technology and/or related industries (e.g., Oil and Gas, Retail, Manufacturing, Plants, Others)
  • Experience or knowledge of OT-related technologies and standards (e.g., Nozomi, Dragos, Claroty, Siemens Industrial Asset Hub, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform is highly desirable
  • Prior experience in Pre-sales or consulting to establish yourself as a trusted advisor
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills for conveying technical and business concepts effectively
  • Proficiency in English and German languages Additional Information
