The Director, EMEA South Renewals will collaborate with Sales to define and put into action renewal strategies for the region/area and ensure a sustainable pipeline of renewals with enterprise-level clients.

You will oversee a team dedicated to renewals, working closely with multiple Sales leaders to craft the renewal strategy and procedures.

Renewals are essential for a SaaS company's revenue flow, and the Renewals leader will concentrate on meeting renewal targets while fostering collaboration in engaging with South Account Sales leadership.

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Collaborate with EMEA South leaders to enhance our renewals strategy and partnership with regional Sales teams
  • Ensure that Renewal processes are well comprehended and implemented across the teams
  • Supervise the renewal process in the South to optimize revenue growth for ServiceNow and accomplish our sales/revenue objectives
  • Work with Sales leadership to ensure clear understanding of our sales/renewals go-to-market approach
  • Clarify roles for team members and connect departmental objectives with the broader organization
  • Present performance metric summaries to enable the sales team to focus on renewals execution, customer success, and account planning for renewals
  • Collaborate with the operations team to conduct trend analysis and performance evaluation to identify areas for improvement and attain operational excellence
  • Collaborate with our Professional Services and Alliances/Channels team to foster growth and expansion through our partners
  • Assist Sales or Renewals representatives and leadership in renewal negotiations
  • Develop strategies to support renewals, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
  • Partner with the broader Renewals organization to design global programs that ensure the ongoing success of the renewals program and the team as a whole Requirements

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Renewal Sales or Customer Success leadership – preferably within a SaaS environment in local EMEA markets
  • Capability to drive operational excellence, utilizing data and effective decision-making for timely renewals
  • Expertise in Channel Management with the ability to ensure timely renewals with partners
  • Capability to make sound commercial decisions and execute them efficiently
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communication across all business levels
  • Experience in establishing employee-focused programs to boost engagement
  • Proficiency in English and preferably fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian Additional Details
