What you'll be doing in this role:

The Director of Solution Consulting is responsible for ensuring the presence of a proficient, motivated team of highly skilled individuals to drive innovation in the Partner ecosystem. This involves enabling the creation of value-driven solutions both vertically and horizontally.

  • Lead a team of pre-sales solution architects, providing strategic business direction and innovative solutions to partners across industries.
  • Nurture team members to align with business requirements and individual professional objectives.
  • Establish and cultivate a talent pipeline to meet future business needs.
  • Allocate resources for collaborative solution development initiatives and regularly assess progress against set objectives.
  • Assign resources to marketing and other initiatives to bolster demand generation.
  • Conduct periodic evaluations of team members based on direct observations, peer input, and sales feedback.
  • Ensure optimal resource alignment and skill utilization within the designated region.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities such as resolving resource scheduling conflicts, expense oversight, activity reporting, and commission management. Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Over 7 years of experience in establishing or managing pre-sales or professional services teams, with a preference for partner-oriented backgrounds.
  • Extensive experience in coaching, mentoring, and overseeing teams of senior professionals.
  • The ability to engage and collaborate at various organizational levels.
  • The capacity to motivate and inspire a team of accomplished Solutions Architects.
  • Strong leadership within internal matrix structures and adept at building relationships with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Capability to prioritize resources and negotiate internal trade-offs to achieve optimal outcomes for the company amid competing internal demands.
  • Proficiency in conveying concepts logically to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience in project issue diagnosis, solution formulation, client interactions, decision facilitation, documentation, expectation management, and team guidance.
  • Background in collaborating with Service Providers, Outsourcers, and Global System Integrators.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect strategic market goals with ServiceNow's technological approach to drive financial improvements and market expansion through the NOW Platform.
  • Lead teams in major partner transformation opportunities to capitalize on lucrative trends and enhance partner outcomes, thereby expanding market reach.
  • Expertise in managing change and uncertainty with a proactive attitude and a preference for dynamic environments.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish. Additional Information
