We are looking for a professional with operational experience and management skills to join our team as ServiceNow Reporting Specialist, with a focus on ServiceNow.

Role and Responsibilities: ServiceNow Reporting Specialist

  • Gather requirements from... stakeholders to design and develop ServiceNow ITSM reports and dashboards aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow Performance Analytics dashboards for tracking and monitoring ITSM metrics, including incident management, change management, problem management, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with ITSM process owners and stakeholders to understand reporting needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop and automate scheduled reports and ad-hoc queries using ServiceNow reporting tools and SQL queries, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on accessing and interpreting ITSM reports and dashboards, enabling stakeholders to leverage data-driven insights effectively.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow platform updates, new reporting features, and best practices, implementing enhancements to improve reporting capabilities and efficiency.
  • Work closely with ITSM administrators and developers to optimize data collection processes, ensuring data integrity and quality within the ServiceNow platform.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with ServiceNow reporting and analytics tools, including Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboarding.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with SQL queries and database management for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance in reporting processes.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics Studio for advanced dashboard customization and data visualization.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and ITSM (IT Service Management) processes.
  • Familiarity with ITSM reporting requirements and best practices in a large enterprise environment.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.

How your daily routine will look:

  • Standard office hours with a 40-hour weekly contract. From Monday to Thursday, our schedule offers flexible entry between 8:00 am and 9:00 am and flexible exit between 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
  • Additionally, on Fridays, we have an intensive schedule from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. During the summer months of July and August, we have an intensive schedule throughout the week from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, provided that the project allows it.Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, but don't forget to drop by our Madrid or Malaga offices twice a week for some in-person collaboration—pick the location that suits you best ;)
