Platform Architect ServiceNow (m/f/d)

What You´ll Do

• As ServiceNow Platform Architect (f / m / d), you create the solution architecture for the ServiceNow platform
• Ideally, you can prove the CSA as well as CTA and other ServiceNow Implementer certifications
• You design the technical platform vision for the realization of efficient, upgradeable and expandable implementation concepts
• Customer consultation with regard to functional coverage, technical solutions, strategic roadmaps and possible expenses and benefits when using ServiceNow
• You are the central contact person (m / f / d) for our Solution Owner for embedding ServiceNow in our Enterprise Architecture
• You will also be involved in establishing a long-term operating model based on ServiceNow standards
• You create functional and technical governance and design documents and participate in the conception of business cases and decision templates for the introduction of further modules
• As a PA, you are also responsible for reviewing the implementation of the... development according to defined guidelines in order to ensure a future-proof platform

What You´ll Need

• You have a good understanding of the ServiceNow portfolio, the platform architecture and the related technologies and dependencies
• Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, REST / SOAP is an plus
• Experience in the conception of ServiceNow architectures
• You have a strong team spirit
• You think in a solution-oriented and process-oriented way and have analytical and communicative skills
• Ideally, you have knowledge of ITIL-based ITSM processes
• Your good written and spoken English skills round off your profile, while German is a plus
