The Incident Command Center (ICC) is a team of dedicated engineers and console operators providing 24/7 production support for UMB infrastructure systems and applications. They identify, triage and remediate complex issues to avoid business disruption. This team also partners with other technical teams committed to the development and evolution of UMB technical processes, monitoring systems and automation.

As a ServiceNow System Administrator, you will focus on the design and delivery of technical solutions developed on the ServiceNow platform. You will be involved in the administration, development, documentation, and technical support of this platform. Your success in maintaining ServiceNow will allow UMB associates the services needed to avoid business disruption.

The ICC is a fast-paced, customer-focused environment that is heavily reliant on team collaboration. Our teams work closely together to share information in order to raise the overall technical competency of each other and to provide the quality service to our internal business partners and external customers.

How you’ll spend your time:

• Ensuring the CMDB effectively supports other ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
• Developing, documenting, and implementing CI data governance processes and procedures for effectively managing CI data.
• Ensuring quality of the CMDB data is maintained and target metrics are established and met, resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Providing guidance and training in support of the maintenance and growth of the CMDB.
• Developing and monitoring CI data health reports / dashboards and resolving any issues.

We’re excited to talk with you if:

• You have at least 3 years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow tool.
• You have at least 1 year of experience working or developing in any of the following programming languages: JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML, or HTML5.
• You have strong experience with web services using SOAP/REST.
• You have working understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Asset, etc.).
• You have LDAP and SSO experience.
