ServiceNow System Admin certification (must)

HRSD Implementation certification (preferred)

Experience In HRSD Architecture (preferred)

Functional:

Atleast 7+ years of experience implementing HRSD ServiceNow Platform features and functionality

Bachelor s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience.

Proficiency in HR processes and workflows

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure flawless application performance

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Solid experience in gathering a documenting business requirement for ServiceNow

Experience in SLA models
