We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer who will be responsible for the development and administration of solutions within ServiceNow environments, specifically for the Security Operations module.

The developer will work with members of the Cyber Fusion Center & Cyber Risk management groups within , as well as with customers and external vendors to design, implement, test, document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed to support the enterprise. Daily activities will include developing solutions within ServiceNow, assisting with the integration of various security applications & tools with ServiceNow, system administration, report development and testing of the product and its sub-modules.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, understand and document business and technical requirements.

Design, develop and configure workflows, forms, scripts and underlying logic using SCRUM / Agile methodologies to address requirements.

Participate in and support Security Operations modules for regular ServiceNow version upgrades.

Implementation, maintenance and customization of ServiceNow modules including: ITSM, Security Incident, Vulnerability Response & Threat Intelligence.
