Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow Developer. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, customizing the platform, and integrating it with other systems. They will also analyze business requirements, create technical designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient Service Now applications. Additionally, the ServiceNow Developer will support the maintenance and enhancement of existing Service Now functionalities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer is mandatory
• Working experience on creation of Custom workspace, custom service portal
• Working experience on Service Now Flow Designer and ServiceNow UI Builder
• Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs is a must skill
• Hands on experience with UI Builder and Creation of Custom Components in the UI Builder for Workspace will be a added advantage
• Working experience in Tele communication modules(TSOM,TSM) is an advantage
• Knowledge of Anjular js, React js, HTML ,CSS, Java script
• System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST, SOAP
• Working experience on CSM Module
• Experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications
• Experience administering a ServiceNow instance, workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions
