App Developer to sit onsite in NYC . Hybrid – 2 days a week preferred – 1 day at minimum

ServiceNow – primarily focus on Core platform or ITSM incident and request management. They have a lot of work coming in and they need someone to tackle the critical challenges. 30 people on the team. Request process thru ServiceNow to log stories. Should have a good understanding of Agile methodology... Taking requirements and turning them into technical solutions an implement them.

Systems: Currently using Oracle Cloud Solution and will connect into a Data Lake (DB)

ServiceNow Virtual Agent is used with Users – this experience gets first look.

ServiceNow Certifications – Admin Cert or Developer Cert are nice to have.

Prior experience with a large-scale environment is nice to have, not required.

Do not need the Full Stack Java and Angular experience. JavaScript would be the most utilized.

Industry knowledge – needs to be a US Citizen or US GC Holder, industry background doesn’t matter
