Responsibilities

• Platform modules CSDM and CMDB are configured as a minimum viable product to provide the foundation for further ITSM modules.
• Change enablement and incident management (including major incident management) processes are configured and managed in ServiceNow and integrated into other service delivery practices.
• Collaboration and decision-making around work items primarily occurs in ServiceNow and not over free-form email.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• ServiceNow ITSM: 7 years (Required)
• Platform modules CSDM and CMDB: 7 years (Preferred)
• ServiceNow: 10 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• ServiceNow (Required)
