Responsibilities

• Be part of Project Teams
• Lead the creation of ESM advisory deliverables
• Lead strategy, design, and planning workshops related to ESM projects
• Participate as a functional expert in client workshops
• Communicate with customers, which may include senior management, on matters that require explanation, interpretation, and / or advising
• Lead organizational change management efforts in large transformational programs
• Develop and promote relationships with customers
• Participate in proposal development and project scoping
• Act as a lead strategic partner to customers on service management initiatives
• Engage with customers on requirements sessions and advise on best practice in the ESM space

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated Business Acumen
• Ability to solve complex, abstract problems
• Excellent interpersonal skills, good listener, ability to connect with different personalities

Expectations

• Mentor junior staff and support project leadership
• Exhibit and continuously improve broad knowledge of current state of the ESM Marketplace, including ESM trends, associated technologies, and interfacing frameworks/standards
• Help with building marketing collaterals on ESM thought leadership
