Job Description:
· We are seeking a highly skilled ITSM Solution Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various ServiceNow modules and be capable of customizing and developing applications to meet client needs. This role requires a deep understanding of IT operations, ServiceNow capabilities, and integration with third-party applications.
Experience in following.
· Design & Implementation of ServiceNow ITSM Pro including Incident Management, Problem Management,
· Change Management, Release Management and Service level Management.
· Development of custom applications in ServiceNow.
· Contract Management Implementation.
· Service Catalog & Service Portal implementation, configuration and customization
· CMDB & IT Asset Management implementation, customization and administration
· HR Service Delivery Implementation
· ITOM - Event Management Implementation
· GRC - Business Continuity Management Implementation
· GRC - Experience in ServiceNow IRM, including implementation, configuration, and administration, including
· modify policy and compliance workflow, mapping citations, authority documents, customizing control attestation flow.
· Rich experience in ServiceNow version upgradation
· Agile and Test Management Implementation
Experience in following.
· App Engine Studio
· UI Builder
· Agent Workspace.
· UI Policy, Data Policy, Client Script, Business Rule, Assignment rule, Data look up rule, Script Include,
· Script Action, Access controlled list (ACL), Scheduled job, Notification, Inbound action, Record producer,
· Transform map, ETL Transform map, Data Source configuration.
· familiar with CSDM framework
· Workflow and Flow Designer
· Integration hub
· REST API/Scripted REST API Integration
· Virtual Agent
· Performance Analytics
· Automated Test Framework (ATF)
· Experience in ServiceNow Integrations and automations with various 3rd party applications.
· Ex :Dynatrace, Intune, SCCM, Bigfix, Secure Vault, GitHub, MS teams, Azure AD, Solar Winds, AI Tools,
· Experience in Application integration via JDBC/ODBC for all legacy applications.
Preferred
· Knowledge of Maria DB
· SDLC tools
