Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in Customer Service Management (CSM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess CMA or CTA certification. This role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to meet the business needs of our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their ServiceNow investment.
Qualifications:
- Certification: CMA or CTA certification is mandatory.
- Experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow, particularly in Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide API.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, integrations (REST/SOAP), and data models.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Previous consulting experience in a client-facing role
