Position Overview...

We are seeking highly skilled ServiceNow Developers for offices in three different locations (Wilmington DE, Columbus OH, Plano TX). This is a full-time, on-site position open only for US citizens or Green Card holders. The successful candidates will design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions, focusing on producing secure, high-quality production code. This role requires translating business requirements into effective workflows and implementing them, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our software applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative software solutions to address complex technical challenges.
• Create and maintain secure production code that synchronizes with necessary systems.
• Produce detailed architecture and design documents for complex applications, ensuring adherence to design constraints.
• Analyze and synthesize data to create visualizations and reports, driving continuous software and system improvements.
• Detect hidden issues and patterns within data, leveraging insights to enhance coding practices and system architecture.
• Engage in software engineering communities and explore new and emerging technologies.
• Solve complex problems using strong analytical skills and adaptability.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Certifications: Verified ServiceNow certifications (minimum two required).
• Role Verification: Experience as a key member of development and implementation teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting and REST API-based integrations.
• Workflow Implementation: Ability to translate business requirements into workflows and implement them.
• HR Service Delivery: Experience with the HR Service Delivery module.
• Service Portal: Proficiency in ServiceNow service portals.
• Citizenship: US Citizen or Green Card holder

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• ServiceNow Expertise: Formal training or certification in ServiceNow concepts with practical experience.
• Module Proficiency: Expertise in at least two ServiceNow modules.
• Programming Skills: Proficient in JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• System Integration: Experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications using REST API.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Debugging and Monitoring: Ability to debug issues and implement proactive monitoring for platform stability.
• Mentorship: Capability to mentor junior developers and encourage a collaborative team environment.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills for clarifying requirements with stakeholders and collaborating with the team
