We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our team in the US! Your mission.... "humanize" technology. As a UX designer, it’s your job to advocate for the end-user while ensuring the solution meets the needs of the business and satisfies the stakeholders.

  • Drive the design process from beginning to end
  • Turn complex challenges and transform them into intuitive and beautiful web-based designs
  • Lead engaging workshops with your stakeholders and future users
  • Apply design thinking methods and user-centered design processes to create compelling and award-winning solutions
  • Visualize design problems and information in ways that are easy for other team members to comprehend
  • Effectively articulate design concepts via low-fidelity sketches and wireframes
  • Deliver high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes to ensure the development team’s success
  • Conduct user research and usability testing in the form of workshops
  • Ask smart questions and champion new ideas, improvements, and innovation
  • Create design guidelines and best practices
  • Collaborate directly with clients and key stakeholders and deliver visual treatment specifications for the user interface
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, user personas, process flows, and sitemaps
  • Report and work closely with the UX/UI lead
  • Take projects through from concept to deliverable with a high level of craft and polish
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
  • Be a subject matter expert: research and understand industry trends and emerging technologies, rapidly test and iterate designs, applying learnings to your daily work and in conversations with clients and colleagues
  • Work closely with the internal/ external technical teams to mature our approach to design workshops and client engagement
  • Work with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements What's in it for you? Who are we looking for? We are seeking someone with an investigative spirit that loves to problem solve. The more inquisitive and curious the better! A natural desire for learning and need for proficiency in the design discipline is very important. Communication in this role is critical and we look for someone with the ability to make participants feel comfortable, so they are more willing to share their feedback. We are also looking for a good listener and someone who is aware of both verbal and non-verbal messages.

Requirements:

  • Experience with user research, user testing, and user flows, this role will require the successful candidate to lead workshops with clients.
  • Innovative and thinks about design in a thought-leading way.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Figma as well as FigJam. Has the ability to design interactive prototypes using these tools. Maze and Miro experience is also an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while consistently delivering outstanding designs.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Strong portfolio of work that shows research, interaction and visual skills.
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with specific attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven success working both collaboratively on a team and individually with the ability to think autonomously and manage time effectively across competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • ServiceNow experience would be an asset. United States Compensation Statement Compensation for positions at Thirdera depends on various factors including but not limited to the location of the role, required skill set, educational background, experience, and any required professional certifications. In accordance with local laws applicable, Thirdera provides a reasonable range of salaries for roles that may be hired all over the United States. Commission (sales roles) and bonuses are available, in addition to salary.
