JOB SUMMARY

Are you a ServiceNow whiz with a knack for streamlining complex processes? Do you dream in data integrations and flow design? If so, we want you!

We're seeking a passionate ServiceNow Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping a best-in-class ServiceNow implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leading the Implementation of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM):

· You'll play a key role in configuring ServiceNow for equipment management, inventory management, and procurement processes.

Mastermind of Integrations:

· You'll be the go-to person for building complex integrations using the ServiceNow Integration Hub.

· Wrangling data from disparate systems and connecting them seamlessly to the user interface is your jam.

· You'll ensure smooth data flow (ETL) and define clear business rules for efficient operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven technical experience with ServiceNow, especially Integration Hub, Data Sources, and Flow Designer
• Seeking experience with TRUE Enterprise Asset Management processes (not just ITAM / hardware / software "asset management")
• Strong understanding of data ETL processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
