Sr. Solution Architect, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR applications, including leading HCM solutions, and the ability to oversee technical... implementations of ServiceNow Employee Workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow HRSD certifications and experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is future-focused and has a keen eye for disruptive opportunities in areas such as Gen AI, Automation, Skills Intelligence, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical implementations of ServiceNow Employee Workflows, including assessing client requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the implementation project.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and identify areas for improvement, developing solutions that align with their strategic goals.
• Work closely with our pre-sales team to support sales efforts and provide technical guidance to clients.
• Develop and maintain technical assets and accelerators, including leading practices around HR architecture, design documents, and deployment guides.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in HR technology, including emerging technologies such as Gen AI, Automation, and Skills Intelligence.
• Collaborate with other members of the process and experience team to develop innovative offerings that meet client needs and promote business growth.
