Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Solutions Architect

Job Location: Remote

Duration: Around 5 Months Contract (Project duration 739 hours)

Project Start Date: Second week of June 2024

Direct Client Need

Job Requirements:

• Need a Solution Architect to drive SPM Design and product decisions to stay within OOTB.
• This person needs to be a “technical” on the platform but advisory focused.
• This role is not attended to be hands on.
• They need someone who can interface with the business and translate needs, requirements, and processes to how the tool can solve the problems (out of the box).
• NOT interested in customizing
• Need someone to interface with the LOBs to understand design considerations and SPM product to ensure their decision are staying w/in gaurdrails of the product.
• Resource will work with customer LOB / business groups and IT. This is staff Agu
• Bigger picture: SPM will expand and grow as they go to various lines of business.
• Our client has rapid pace onboarding for SPM - the business is promising that people will conform to the SPM tool 80/20. 80% will adopt as is 20% with exception.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12 years of professional IT experience are required.
• 5 to 8 years of ServiceNow Implementation Project experience.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in SPM Design and product decisions to stay within OOTB.
• Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management – SPM is a Mandatory.
• ServiceNow SPM Strategic Portfolio Management Certification
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
