What's this role about...

Looking for ServiceNow Expertise.

At least 3+ years of work experience, preferably in the service management domain; Demonstrable knowledge of JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, REST, SOAP, Glide Record, Glide AJAX;; Experience with ServiceNow ITSM Suit and Service Catalog development and Integrations using REST Excellent spoken and written English; Excellent cooperation qualities; Wanting to learn continuously as helping in the development of the team.

Here's how you'll contribute:

  • Understanding of custom integration components and experience in integrating legacy systems with ServiceNow using mid-server, web services, email and other relevant technologies
  • Ability to understand business functionality and requirements, work on the requirements independently
  • Experience in working on requirements around the Core Process Areas: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB
  • Provide hands-on development to include creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, Event rules, application fields, from design, business rules, client scripts, user roles and groups, access controls, and more on the various system applications
  • Develop integrations to existing IT Operations Management tools using ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and web services/REST APIs as required.
  • Write ServiceNow client, server scripts, REST integrations, and scoped applications that adhere to standards, procedures, and techniques.
  • Maintain integrity of existing program logic according to
  • Evaluate, troubleshoot, and perform root-cause analysis for production issues and system Determine corrective action and improvements to prevent recurrence. Provide implementation/production support, as required.
  • Generic Support Functionalities like Profile Creation, Group Creation, Basic Troubleshooting for ITSM Processes
  • ServiceNow platform management including but not limited to; Service Account/Credential Management, Mid-Server Management
  • User Profile Management, Integration Management, Instance cloning and upgrade activities and Environment Management
  • Good to have knowledge and working experience in the areas of Service Mapping and CMDB
