Key Responsibilities:

1. Advanced Application Development:

• Build and manage applications using ServiceNow Studio.
• Write complex scripts in JavaScript and Glide Script to enhance application functionality.
• Create automated workflows using the ServiceNow Workflow Editor and Flow Designer.
• Design responsive user interfaces and portals with Service Portal Designer.

2. Technical Leadership and Project Management:

• Lead system specification discussions and oversee the development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best coding practices.
• Manage timelines and project deliverables within an Agile framework.

3. System Integration and Automation:

• ... Implement API integrations using REST and SOAP for secure data connections.
• Automate business processes on the ServiceNow platform to improve efficiency.

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow's application development, including workflow configuration and application scoping.
• Skilled in REST, SOAP, and OAuth integration methods.
• Experienced in Agile project management.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in ServiceNow Application Development or Implementation.
