Principal ServiceNow Architect, you play a pivotal role in our organization, driving innovation, shaping solutions, and fostering growth both within our team and across our client base. You'll be at the forefront of ServiceNow expertise, leading the charge in solution design, technical consultation, and thought leadership within the ServiceNow community. Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to define requirements, design robust ServiceNow solutions, and introduce new capabilities aligned with client needs. Technical Consultation: Act as the go-to expert for clients and project teams, leading solutioning sessions and bridging technical gaps with your expertise and leadership. Thought Leadership: Establish our organization as a thought leader in the ServiceNow ecosystem, driving innovation and sharing insights within the community. Implementation Support: Define and uphold standards for collaboration, ensuring accurate translation of requirements into functional solutions. Integration and Automation: Design innovative integration solutions and drive adoption across the practice, ensuring data consistency and integrity. Performance Optimization: Identify and implement methodologies for performance analysis and optimization, driving practice-wide adherence to best practices. Quality Assurance: Ensure delivery teams adhere to quality standards and drive successful outcomes. Resource Management: Work closely with resourcing and program management to ensure the right resources are assigned to projects. Security and Compliance: Identify and implement security solutions to meet compliance requirements, maintaining secure environments for clients. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive technical documentation and drive knowledge sharing within the team and the wider practice. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in ServiceNow and integrated technologies, enhancing expertise to provide cutting-edge solutions. Client Relationships: Build trusting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality solutions. Mentorship and Coaching: Foster growth within the ServiceNow talent pool, mentoring individuals and contributing to architectural best practices. Strategic Relationships: Foster collaboration between our organization, ServiceNow teams, and clients, facilitating knowledge exchange and issue resolution. Business Strategy: Drive strategic initiatives, proposing innovative solutions and supporting marketing and sales strategies. Qualifications: 15 or more years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions. Certified Technical Architect with additional ServiceNow certifications. Strong expertise in scripting languages and system architecture. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. US Citizenship required. Preferred Skills: Additional mainline certifications in relevant ServiceNow areas. Hands-on experience with multiple ServiceNow applications.
