Associate Servicenow Engineer

Job Description The Team: Enterprise Systems is a highly collaborative team focused on data structuring and process improvement at Celonis to empower every employee's performance. The Role: Get a comprehensive view of Celonis operations and actively contribute to shaping the processes of a rapidly growing SaaS company.

• Partner with teams to identify and enhance internal processes and tools.
• Configure and develop tools, maintain system integrations, and implement business processes.
• Provide end-users with best practices tips and support. The qualifications you need:
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of corporate IT and agile project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and eagerness to learn.
• Experience in customer-facing interfaces and software development.
• Proficiency in English (Spanish/German is a plus).
