Vega consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Technical Developer with expertise in the telecom industry. This position is 100% remote based.

  • Telecommunications functions. Provide the client with ServiceNow development Best-Practices Advice and assist in their implementation.
  • · Deliver ServiceNow development consulting services based on the Client's ServiceNow release plan, including all modules implemented by the client.
  • · Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs.
  • · Testing and evaluating new programs.
  • · Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications.
  • · Write and implement efficient code.
  • · Maintaining and upgrading existing systems.
  • · Assist in the training of users.
  • · Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.

Qualifications:

  • · BS/BA in related field
  • · Understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform including CMDB/CSDM
  • · Minimum of four (4) years of relevant, professional experience
  • · One (1) ServiceNow Developer Certification is a plus
  • · Experience practicing Agile development methodologies
  • · Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • · Strong attention to detail
  • · Team player
  • The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, particularly in the areas of TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) and CSM (Customer Service Management
  • Proven experience as a SN Technical dev. in the telecom industry, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform,

Responsibilities

  • The SN Candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our telecom clients, ensuring efficient and effective telecom service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and design ServiceNow solutions tailored specifically for the telecom industry, leveraging TNI (Telecommunications Network Inventory) and CSM modules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
