What you will be doing:

As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, you will be at the forefront of developing, designing, and owning technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your role will be pivotal in guiding our strategic direction and applying best practices in web programming to create robust solutions. You will utilize the ITIL framework to provide technical assistance, develop workflows, configure software, and integrate web services. This may include providing administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Advanced Development: Perform intermediate to advanced level tasks within the Service Catalog and various ServiceNow... modules (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Virtual Agent, Service Portal, HRSD).
• Component Management: Create and maintain components such as server-side scripts, ACLs, business rules, UI actions, and UI policies.
• Integration Development: Develop and manage integrations with external systems (e.g., SAP, Jira), including LDAP.
• Platform Management: Update and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including instance cloning.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the platform owner to design, develop, and refine functionalities, ensuring seamless performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to create technical requirements documentation and deliver consistent support.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with new ServiceNow modules and features, adapting to our company’s growth trajectory.

What you need to succeed:

• Over 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow with at least 2 years in a technical architecture/design domain
• ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CIS ITSM, and CAD; HRSD is a plus
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions and implementation strategies
• Ability to manage, organize, and disseminate information effectively
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and coordination skills
• Ability to follow defined processes and learn new concepts quickly to test and support administrative functions within ServiceNow
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English – at least B2 level
