Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze end user requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Translate requirements into clear and concise user stories within the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.
• Develop custom workflows, UI policies, business rules, and scripts to automate and enhance platform functionality.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.
• Work closely with both US and European teams to ensure alignment and consistency in platform development efforts.
• Utilize Jira to track and manage tasks, and user stories.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the stability and reliability of developed solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree related field
• 3-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices
• Proven ability to gather and document requirements, create user stories, and develop solutions within ServiceNow
• Previous experience with the HAM and SAM modules
• Experience using Jira
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
• ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus.
