Requirements

Coordinate with key stakeholders to determine the requirements and goals for the SecOps solution, including its Vulnerability Response and Application Vulnerability Response modules...

Develop, enhance, and support scalable, robust ServiceNow SecOps solution focusing on Vulnerability Response and Application Vulnerability Response.

Design and develop integrations with external systems like vulnerability scanners, ticketing systems.

Collaborate with Support Engineer to triage and diagnose issues and implement appropriate resolutions.

Implement the design by configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, following best practices.

Coordinate with QA and end user teams to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the solution meets the specified requirements.

Prepare high-quality documentation including design, data models process flows and job aids.

Identify opportunities to optimize the performance of the ServiceNow SecOps applications for optimal performance and scalability.

Ensure compliance with industry and data security development standards.

Configuration and administration experience with the ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB, Knowledge, and Employee Center) is preferred.

Experience with VRM specific functions including the following: inclusion rules, assignment rules, VIT assignment, and remediation tasks.

Experience with VRM specific integrations including: Qualys, Rapid7, and NVD

Experience with building client scripts, business rules, UI policies and UI actions.

Ability to create, modify and migrate local update sets between environments.

Ability to create/modify list views, queries, reports, and dashboards in ServiceNow.

Broad ServiceNow knowledge and ability to perform configuration and administration in other areas/modules outside of ITSM in the NOW platform is a plus.

Creating ServiceNow API calls to both retrieve and post information from other systems
