Project Manager (ServiceNow)

The team at Gracia101 is looking for a Project Manager for ServiceNow Implementations.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include senior management, business users, and external service providers.
• Budget and Resource Management: Ensure that all... projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects and develop mitigation plans and conduct risk management and contingency planning.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT implementations.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform implementations.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise-level projects from inception to completion.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
