Job Description ServiceNow Service Architect - REMOTE

(Successful candidates must qualify for any security clearance checks)

Salary: £85,0000 to £100,000 per annum – plus benefits and healthcare options

Location: UK-Wide (REMOTE)

Our client is a UK Cloud, Connectivity, Communications, and Cyber Security pioneer, and a trusted technology partner for more than 3000 companies. They are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Service Architect to join their Operational Excellence Team who have a pipeline of exciting projects! This is unique opportunity for an Architect to enhance their digital career.

Principal Accountabilities:

Strategic Design and Implementation:

1. Lead the overall design of large-scale ServiceNow applications, focusing on creating high-value technical solutions.

2. Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality.

3. Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and design... documents.

Platform Enhancement and Management:

1. Evaluate new features with each ServiceNow release, assessing their applicability to our environment.

2. Manage upgrade cycles and implement new functionalities to enhance user experience.

3. Continuously improve ServiceNow capabilities and propose integrations with other tools as needed.

Governance and Best Practices:

1. Provide strategic recommendations around technical best practices and industry trends.

2. Define and run architecture governance processes, shaping the architectural strategy to align with business objectives.

3. Maintain a strong focus on ITIL processes and ServiceNow solutions.

Team Collaboration and Leadership:

1. Work closely with stakeholders, team members, and clients, offering expert input and guiding junior members.

2. Participate in Design Authority meetings to review and approve technical solutions.

3. Collaborate in process flow analysis and redesign alongside Project Managers.

Preferred:

Deep knowledge and experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Domain Separation.

Visionary in ServiceNow architecture, with a talent for weaving ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Domain Separation into a masterpiece.

1 undergraduate degree or higher in any subject covering Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ITIL Foundation

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM)

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – advantageous
