Position Description: The position will be responsible to develop components within ServiceNow Help the integration owners in converting system integration from Remedy to ServiceNow... Configure the ServiceNow instance for ITSM change, incident, service request management and CMDB. Interact with business & technology stakeholders to gather to requirements, design & develop the applications

Requirement: Extensive experience with ServiceNow (7+ years) with a deep subject matter expertise on ITSM (IT Service Management) modules Change management, Incident management, CMDB, Service Request management & Asset management Proficiency in developing applications, workflows, integrations within ServiceNow platform. Experience with Integrations with third party systems using REST APIs, Integration hub experience. Experience with setting business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes. Flow designer experience for automating processes. Proficiency in scripting languages (Javascript, Glide) Experience with ATFs Excellent communication skills ServiceNow certifications ServiceNow ITSM Consultant
