ServiceNow Consultant ITAM/SAM | 12-month Contract | German Speaking | Must be based in Germany

NDC Tek is hiring a ServiceNow Consultant (SAM) for one of our esteemed clients in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier consulting services to deploy, configure, and integrate ServiceNow software products.
• Craft tailored software solutions through scripting and development to meet unique client requirements. Create comprehensive technical documentation in alignment with customer contracts and internal standards.
• Offer value-driven assessments and workshops to empower clients in maximising business outcomes with ServiceNow.
• Develop custom business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, and data policies to enhance functionality.
• Address basic configuration and script issues through troubleshooting. Participate in requirements review and validation sessions, contributing insights and expertise.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Demonstrated experience delivering technical... solutions on the ServiceNow platform for at least two years.
• Strong consulting experience.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAM solutions. Experience in developing 3rd party integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, etc.
• Expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript API's. Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP), XML, JSON, and operating systems like Linux and Windows.
• Knowledge of networking concepts (IP Addressing, Firewalls, ports) and relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle).
• Experience with scripting languages like PERL, JavaScript, Python, and Shell.
• Strong consulting skills with a focus on software service delivery and process improvement.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL foundations and practical application in implementation strategies.
• Knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM) or IT Service Management (ITSM) is essential.

• Project Scope: 3 years,
• Location: Fully remote, but you must be based in Germany.
