ServiceNow Engineer

We are hiring a ServiceNow Specialist at Schwarz IT

At Schwarz IT, we are responsible for managing the entire digital infrastructure and software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group. Our focus is on selecting, providing, operating, and enhancing IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications to support business processes effectively.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide advice to internal customers on possible solutions and improvement potentials for workflows in ServiceNow
• Create custom applications and oversee them from ideation to implementation
• Coordinate and manage development for the AppEngine area in ServiceNow
• Offer strategic and operational guidance to internal customers
• Implement interface and integration requirements as part of your regular tasks
• Support applications in operational use with a focus on continuous improvement
• Lead post-implementation support activities (including Hypercare)

Your Profile

• Experience in ServiceNow... implementation, administration, service portal, and UI components
• Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, Angular JS, REST / SOAP is a plus
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Strong team player with a solution-oriented and process-driven mindset
• Good command of German and English in both written and verbal communication
