What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide software configuration across various technical areas
• Analyze business requirements and develop technical requirements
• Develop and design application modules, workflows, and catalog requests
• Develop and deliver ServiceNow-based solutions for clients
• Support the development and sustainment of a software development environment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BS/BA and minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience with ServiceNow based applications
• Proficiency in scripting, Java, Javascript, ITIL, and ServiceNow
• Experience with modern JavaScript Libraries
• Excellent documentation, verbal, and written communication skills
• US Citizenship Required

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Working knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Advanced understanding of ITIL and Configuration Management Best Practices
• Working knowledge of Networking, and Storage Technologies
• CompTIA A+, Network+, and/or Security+ Certifications
